How to book this appointment

• This is a 60-minute specialist review for adults who already have an ADHD diagnosis and want to continue their care with us.
• Online booking is not available for this appointment. Before we can offer you an appointment, we need to review evidence of your existing assessment.
• Please email your documentation to admin@caledonianpsychiatry.co.uk: your original assessment report, plus titration or medication records and clinic letters where you have them.
• We review your paperwork before any appointment is offered, and we’ll be honest. We hold a deliberately high threshold when it comes to accepting a prior assessment, to ensure we can provide exceptional, safe care.
• Once your documentation has been accepted, we’ll invite you by email to book your appointment.
• If we are unable to accept the diagnosis under our standards of practice, we’ll let you know, and may, at our discretion, offer you a discounted assessment appointment (usually 90 minutes), recognising the inequity and variation in ADHD services between providers.
• A GP summary is required before any controlled (ADHD) medication can be prescribed, reflecting national guidance.
