Reviews are booked with a short code from our admin team. It’s in the message inviting you to book, and helps us avoid duplicate bookings. No code to hand? Email us and we’ll help.

Repeat prescriptions

Request a repeat of medication already agreed as part of your care. Requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours and issued at your doctor’s clinical discretion, so they are not guaranteed. A dose change or new medication usually needs a review first.

If approved, you will receive a Semble link to pay the prescription fee: £25 non-controlled, £30 controlled. Nothing is issued until the fee is paid. Once paid, your prescription is posted within one working day, or emailed to your pharmacy for non-controlled medication if you prefer. Controlled ADHD medication is always sent as a signed paper prescription by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you’ll receive the tracking code by text so you can follow its delivery; non-controlled prescriptions travel by standard post. Your pharmacy charges separately for the medication itself.
